Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. We are confident of the products we carry, produce and deliver and we want you to feel the same. If you are unhappy with the product, let us know here and we will work to resolve this together.

2. If, for any reason, you do not like our product*, you can return it within 7 days and we will refund you the sum you paid for the order, minus any delivery charges. Please note that products have to be un-opened and in its original packaging, and cannot be damaged in any way. 

3. If you receive our product* in a condition that is defective or damaged, we will provide you a free one-time replacement. Some of the more complex furniture pieces may take up to a few months to be replaced; on a case-by-case basis in such occurrences, we may offer the delivered product or a similar piece as a stand-in for temporary use.

*Applicable only to our standard furniture items - DOES NOT include accessories and customised furniture pieces. Do note that all transportation/logistic costs will be borne by the customer for bulky furniture items.

Product & Delivery Information

1. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process of our products, some slight variation in color and texture may be present between the actual product received and the display piece/sampled viewed.

2. All specified dimensions are subject to general tolerances that are accepted with the industry (+/- 2cm)

3. For our products made of natural stone (marble, granite): due to the nature of the material, vein patterns vary from piece to piece, and natural fissures may be present. These are part of the stone, and are in no way consdered defects.

4. For our products made of solid wood: due to the nature of the material, grain pattens vary from piece to piece, and natural wood features (e.g. knots) may be present. These features are inherent to solid wood, and are in no way considered defects.

Cancellation of Order

If you’ve changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the time the order was placed and receive a full refund of your money. After 24 hours, no cancellations will be accepted.

Refund Policy

We process refunds within 48 hours upon receiving the returned goods and it would take 7 to 14 days for the refunds to reach you - this may vary depending on the mode of the refund requested. We usually process refunds via the same mode the payment was made.

Production Lead Time

The production lead time for all our furniture is usually 7 to 10 weeks unless otherwise stated.

The lead times we provide are estimates based on our past experience and current commitments from suppliers. However, due to factors beyond our control such as backorders, general production or freight delays and/or adverse weather or strikes, we cannot and do not guarantee lead times. Orders may not be cancelled nor deposits refunded due to delays in deliveries.
